Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a full-time Medical Office Assistant for Day shift to prep patients for visits, escort them to treatment rooms, collect information for medical records, and document care in charts.

Responsibilities include handling patient calls and correspondence, and organizing duties to maintain efficiency and positive outcomes. Prior experience in a medical office and MA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Preferable 1 to 2 years' experience in a medical office/hospital setting involving medical assisting and direct patient care.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
