Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately obtain patient vital signs and history.
• May assist in the completion of various screening tools.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Provide follow up with patients via preferred method of communication in accordance with provider instructions.
• Prepare exam rooms for patient visits.
• Ensure adequate inventory of medical supplies.
• Accurately perform lab controls and equipment checks.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record.

General Overview

This job is responsible for clinic patient support by performing essential clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Using the team based approach, assists in the coordination of patient care under supervision of the health care provider (14%)
