Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Medical Assistant to support Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologist, and patients across urgent care settings. The role emphasizes patient care management, organization, and clear communication to ensure an effortless care experience in line with company values.

The position offers a minimum of $17/hour, with monthly incentive pay and a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 for eligible applicants. Cer tifications and experience are valued across MA tracks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or MA certification on hire.
• Minimum 1+ year MA experience in hospital, primary care, ED or urgent care.
• CPOE certification within 2 weeks if MA cert not obtained at hire; BLS required at hire.
• One of CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA certifications is acceptable within 12 months.
• Graduate of Accredited Nursing, EMT or Paramedic may substitute MA certs.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance eligibility.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals.
• Assist providers, technologists, and patients with care coordination.
• Perform basic vital signs and point-of-care testing when needed.
• Maintain medical records, supply inventory, and front desk duties.
• Open/close duties and daily cash handling.
• Follow QA/QC logs and calibration procedures.
