As an Instructor you’ll plan instruction, maintain curriculum, and foster communication and critical thinking. Requirements include a registered/certified Medical Assistant, 5+ years in medical back office, CPR certification, and meeting TWC

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified medical assistant with registration.
• 5+ years of medical back office experience; degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Meet TWC instructor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the teaching field and discipline.
• Plans and organizes instruction to maximize student learning.
• Modifies instructional methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Prepares lesson plans and teaches per curriculum.
• Encourages development of communication and higher order thinking.
