As the Medical Assistant Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of medical assistants, coordinating workflows, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. You will mentor and train staff, implement best practices, and address any issues that arise to enhance team performance.Key duties involve monitoring patient flow, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.Your leadership will drive the team to deliver exceptional service and support to both patients and healthcare providers, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23.39/hr - $29.23/hr - $31.57/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
