Job summary

Starling Oncology in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor Oncology bilingual to lead the Medical Assistant team across multiple clinics. The role requires traveling to adjacent clinics with mileage reimbursement, while primarily based in Long Beach.

The supervisor will monitor MA productivity, train staff, audit charting, assist with clinic protocols, and participate in staff meetings to ensure exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

The Medical Assistant Supervisor will act as a leader for day-to-day supervision and guidance for the team of Medical Assistants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple clinics, gaining experience and exposure to a wide range of functions. Although the Primary location is in Long Beach, coverage will be needed at our other area clinics, as well. Mileage will be reimbursed

In addition to the basic front and back office duties, the Medical Assistant Supervisor will also:
