Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program and is currently certified/registered.
• 3 years of medical assisting experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with public and other staff persons. Strong customer relations and communication skills with a proven record of customer service excellence.
• Articulate telephone voice, legible penmanship, reasonable spelling skills and proficient computer skills.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity.
• Proven computer and EHR skills.
