Job summary

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Spring Hill, FL, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians and deliver excellent patient care in a dermatology practice.

You will assist with patient exams, histories, and education, while maintaining accurate documentation and a welcoming environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 4 weeks.
• Dermatology experience preferred; MA certificate/diploma preferred.
• At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients.
• Assessing and updating medical history of patients.
• Keeping a record of patients' dermatological symptoms.

• Conducting non-intrusive medical surgeries
• Educating patients about preventive skin care
