Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant Float for Specialty Clinics in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role supports multiple clinics, with standard hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The position requires clinical skills, phlebotomy, specimen handling, and strong patient communication. The ideal candidate will hold CMA/RMA/CCMA certification, CPR, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license for off-site coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certification or registration through AAMA/ARMA/NHA or other certifying agency with at least 6 months of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Valid driver’s license if off-site duties.
- Flexible scheduling including overtime, evenings and Saturday rotation.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, prepares patients for examinations, collects specimens, conducts routine lab tests and phlebotomy, and performs clinical and administrative tasks.
