Esse Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Southside Family Practice office in Saint Louis, MO. The role supports back-office functions and assists providers in patient interviewing, exams, and treatments in an outpatient setting.

We offer day-to-day support, accuracy in EHR documentation (NextGen), and collaborative care with the healthcare team. Training, CPR certification, and coding familiarity are valued, with a sign-on bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Formal training which will probably be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• CPR Certification.
• Medical coding familiarity.
• Willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to work compatibly with physicians, coworkers, and employees in other departments.

Join Our Team:

We are searching for a part-time or full-time Medical Assistant for our Southside Family Practice office located at 1031 Bellevue Avenue in Richmond Heights.

• Part-time or full-time opening - you choose!


• 4 or 5 days a week, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Fridays may end earlier at around 3:30 p.m.


• Outpatient clinical practice

Day-to-Day:

• Perform back office functions


• Assist the provider in the interviewing, examination and treatment of patients

• The Medical Assistant is highly visible in their interactions with patients and must therefore project a positive office image at all times including smiling, greeting patients with enthusiasm, and maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude in all interactions with patients and coworkers.
