QualDerm Partners seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dermatology-focused team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role rotates on a two-week schedule, with one week in Scottsdale (32 hours) and another week covering Desert Ridge, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler locations, traveling between sites as needed.

You will support patient care, prepare examinations, assist physicians, perform basic lab work, and maintain confidential records while promoting exceptional skincare education and treatment

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Proven experience as Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology practices
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with EHR systems and office software

Schedule and Locations

This position follows a rotating two-week schedule. One week, you'll work 32 hours in Scottsdale. The following week, you'll provide coverage across our Desert Ridge, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler locations. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between these locations during coverage weeks.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and general office software
