Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to an assigned group of patients under supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Completes patient assessments including vitals, exam, and medical history.
• Assists in preoperative, postoperative, and health teaching for patients and family.
• Participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
• Participates in team conferences sharing knowledge and ideas.
• Administers medications and observes for adverse reactions.
• Performs laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Participates in emergency care.
• Other duties as assigned.
