GULF COAST HEART AND VASCULAR LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant Receptionist to join our team. You will prepare for patient visits by collecting insurance, copays, balances, and demographics, and act as the face of the practice answering questions during visits and calls.

The ideal candidate has customer service strengths, an interest in learning about the medical environment, and prior office experience.

Qualificações

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a medical office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes.
• Collect and process insurance information as well as copays and balances.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Assistant Receptionist to join our team! You will be the face of the practice helping to answer patient's questions as they call the office and come in for their visits.
