Job summary

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent training, current CPR, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment with strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program.
• Formal medical training program in the United States Armed Forces with one year back-office experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a clinical healthcare field with one-year back-office experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform front-office administrative tasks and basic back-office medical tasks.
• Collect/record patient data including histories, vital signs, and questionnaires.
• Assist with injections, venipuncture, dressings, and in-clinic procedures as permitted.

Education

Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program

Completed a formal medical training program (US Armed Forces)

Associate degree or higher in clinical healthcare field
