Responsibilities

• Teach and lead, mentoring faculty through observations and performance reviews.

• Coordinate faculty schedules, department meetings, and program activities.
• Support student orientation, advising, and referrals to resources.
• Maintain accurate student and faculty records, reports, and schedules.
• Assist program accreditation with required reports.
• Interview and train new faculty.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to ensure program quality.
