• Prepare and room patients, recording vital signs and medical histories.
• Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and exam room supplies.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate referrals.
• Handle patient check-in/check-out and verify insurance information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
• Communicate with patients regarding follow-up care and instructions.
