About the Convenient Care Clinic

Convenient Care provides accessible, same-day care for patients with a variety of healthcare needs. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting providers, coordinating patient care, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

What You'll Do

Medical Assistants At Convenient Care Troost Are Responsible For

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Verifying insurance information
• Screening walk-in patients
• Performing telephone triage and screening using established protocols
• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Documenting patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Providing medication and injection education
• Assisting providers with clinical procedures
• Cleaning wounds and performing dressing changes
• Delivering exceptional customer service during every patient interaction
• Covering front desk responsibilities, including patient registration and check-in
• Supporting clinic operations and patient flow throughout the day
• Performing other duties as assigned to support clinic needs
