Qualifications

• Certifications recognized by MA bodies (AMT, AAMA, NCCT, NHA, NAHP).
• Ability to sit for CMA/MA exams after 12 months of patient care experience.
• May obtain certification within 120 days per state guidelines.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supports patient flow and unit operations.
• Collects and documents patient screening data for the team.
• Assists with patient and family education and communication with care team.
• Performs procedures as directed and maintains exam room readiness.
• Supports clinical care tasks under unit standards.
