We welcome experienced Medical Assistants and new graduates alike who can assist providers in patient care and support a smooth patient flow. This role requires CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; Medical Assisting training from an accredited college.
• License/Certification: CPR certificate; valid driver's license.
• Prior experience: 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Skills: bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt medical support to promote smooth patient flow and maintains exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Provides basic education and information to patients and interfaces with staff and community activities.
• Ensures confidentiality and follows safety, privacy, and confidentiality rules.
• Communicates with supervisor and staff; supports flexible or extended hours as needed.
