Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Must obtain Kaiser Permanente Medication Administration Competency Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated literacy in using computers and keyboarding.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization and good judgment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

• Prepare and organize patient visits with all tests and information ready for clinician review.
• Perform clinical tasks within scope of duties and adhere to safety and infection control standards.
• Maintain clinicians’ schedules and manage communications with patients and departments.
