Qualifications

• State or national certification or graduation from an accredited medical assistant program.
• 1 year experience as a medical assistant.
• CPR or BLS Certification.
• EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow, room patients promptly, take vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support.
• Administer vaccinations and point-of-care tests as allowed by state regulations.
• Import documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.
• Participate in care team meetings and clinic operations.
