AtDoral Health & Wellness, a state-of-the-art multi-specialty medical office in Brooklyn, seeks a dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about patient care, and eager to contribute to a high-quality healthcare setting; responsibilities include patient prep, vital signs, phlebotomy, and EMR documentation.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of clinical or medical office experience.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy and direct patient care.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology.

Mansioni

• Welcome and prepare patients for exams in a busy medical office
• Record vital signs and patient history accurately in the EMR system
• Assist providers with exams, phlebotomy, and clinical procedures
• Schedule surgeries and manage pre-op documentation
• Educate patients on post-visit instructions and follow-up care
• Maintain exam rooms, manage supplies, and ensure cleanliness
• Provide consistent, compassionate healthcare to a diverse patient population
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely documentation
