PeopleOne Health, Inc. is hiring a Medical Assistant to provide both administrative and clinical support in an outpatient setting. You will help with patient care, perform basic procedures, manage records, and coordinate front-office tasks to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program; certification preferred; LPN graduates considered.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR/AED certification (AHA).
• Phlebotomy Certification required for MA performing venipuncture.
• Active credential from NHA CPT, AMT RPT, NCCT NCPT, or ASCP PBT.
• New hires must obtain the required credential within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Member Success: guide member experience, respond to inquiries, educate on care options, track outreach.
• Front Office: manage calls, schedule appointments, enter and file patient information, verify active membership.
• Back Office: record vital signs, collect specimens, assist with procedures, document in databases, ensure compliance.
