Job summary

Revibe Health in Seattle is seeking a Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to support patients from intake through ongoing treatment with empathy and efficiency. You’ll perform phlebotomy (preferred but not required), communicate lab results clearly, and assist with weight management, testosterone, hair restoration, and related services in a growing clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience performing phlebotomy (preferred but not required).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
• A team-first mindset and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate care for patients in areas like weight management, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and hair restoration.
• Hands on help to include blood pressure checks, injections, phlebotomy and other care as requested by the medical provider or clinic manager.
• Expertly communicate lab results and medical provider recommendations with empathy and enthusiasm.
• Process collected specimens, ensure proper ordering of labs and correct labeling of tubes, and send out for testing.
