Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam rooms for patient visit.
• Stocks and orders supplies as needed.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms.
• May take and record vital signs.
• Enters appropriate information into medical record, adhering to medical record guidelines.
• Schedules patients for testing procedures.
• Answers telephone, refers calls, makes appointments, and provides appropriate information and referrals, as needed.
