Responsibilities

• Assist in examination and treatment of patients under Provider direction.
• Administer injections, medications, vaccinations and blood draws as directed.
• Document all patient interactions and test results in the medical record.
• Prepare, clean and sterilize equipment and exam rooms.
• Coordinate care and communicate test results with patients per Provider instructions.
• Schedule appointments and support patient education and self-management.
