Job summary

Tlcfamilywellness is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (approximately 34 hours per week) to support nurses and medical staff. You will prepare charts, pull notes, set up equipment, manage supplies, and assist with scheduling and insurance data entry.

Qualifications

BLS certification preferred.
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) desirable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up medical equipment.
Room patients and take/record vitals in AthenaOne EHR.
Clean instruments and equipment after use.
Answer phones and schedule appointments; assist nurse practitioners as needed.
Track basic office duties including lab results and prescriptions.
