Job summary

Colorado Physician Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team in a patient-centric role supporting clinical services and front-line care. You will help prepare patients, collect vitals, and assist during exams in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate records and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED, current CMA and CPR certifications, and a willingness to cross-train across departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication for medical histories and instructions.
• Basic computing and phone skills, with attention to details.
• Willingness to adapt to varied duties and cross-train.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with accuracy.
• Experience with diverse populations and HIPAA awareness.
• Professional conduct and patient privacy knowledge.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Driver's license preferred for travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for visits by updating records and reviewing results.
• Maintain clean, stocked, infection-controlled exam rooms.
• Get patients ready and notify providers when ready.
• Take vital signs and document medical history.
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures.
• Restock supplies and maintain organized areas.
