Job summary

Allevio is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in delivering patient care, preparing patients for examinations, and performing various medical tasks.

You will prepare examination rooms, manage patient medical records and information, provide patient education and instructions, and arrange radiology and laboratory services while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
