Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, takes vital signs, and records medications in the medical record.
• Assists with tracking and monitoring department specific data.
• Explains policies and procedures to patients using clinical knowledge.
• Manages patient care flow and assist with monitoring message pools.
• Sets up exam/procedure rooms based on patient needs.
• Monitors inventory and cleans/re-processes equipment and supplies.
• Addresses patient concerns and follows up for satisfactory resolution.
• Participates in daily huddles and staff meetings.
