The ideal candidate will have High school diploma, CMA certification, CPR, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities; Texas driver’s license preferred and travel may be required. This is a full-time, on-site position at ASAS Health.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication for taking medical histories and documenting information.

• Willingness to cross-train within other departments within your scope.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-stress environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License preferred and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for patient visits by updating records and telehealth notes.
• Maintains exam rooms and ensures supplies; upholds infection control standards.
• Prepares patients and routes to clinicians when ready for examination.
• Conducts initial screening: measures vitals and records medical history.
• Assists physicians and mid-level providers during examinations.
• Restocks rooms and maintains orderly spaces.
