Responsibilities

• Perform clinical tasks under supervision: take vital signs, assist procedures, phlebotomy, specimen collection.
• Provide routine administrative support: greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, billing/coding.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and prepare patient for physician visits.
