Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient workflow across our Georgia clinics. You will support physicians during procedures, help with patient flow, and ensure an excellent service experience.

This full-time role offers bilingual Spanish preference, based in multiple Atlanta-area locations (Lawrenceville, Decatur, Midtown, Brookhaven, Alpharetta, Marietta, Kennesaw).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) - preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work in several clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms and assist with forms.
• Become familiar with clinic software and use per policies.
• Answer multiple line and multi-language telephone lines.
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient needs (transport, rescheduling).
• Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, faxing.
• Maintain exam rooms; ensure readiness for use.
• Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures.
• Prepare patients before procedures and post-procedure instructions.
• Prepare IV solutions and follow sterile techniques and OSHA rules.
• Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
