Job summary

Eagle Family Medicine @ Brassfield in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team. The role supports triage, patient intake, phlebotomy, and basic procedures in a fast-paced clinic environment.

We offer a competitive salary and a strong benefits package, with on-site hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. 0.50 FTE or greater eligibility guides retention bonuses and leave policies.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or LPN required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a medical office or healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming patients to determine priority and severity.
• Obtain patient health histories and vital signs, documenting information in charts.
• Perform phlebotomy and in-house laboratory procedures and record results.
• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with office procedures, including laceration repairs.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients about illnesses, treatment plans, and medications.
