Responsibilities

• Welcome Patients with Care: Escort patients to exam rooms and create a welcoming environment.
• Capture vital signs and record in the EHR.
• Document patient history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer injections, vaccinations, and other treatments.
• Educate patients about procedures to empower them.
• Assist in diagnostics by collecting blood and urine samples.
• Coordinate follow-up care and schedule future appointments.
• Support team initiatives to improve processes.
