Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support licensed practitioners in patient care at our Issaquah clinic. You will perform MA II duties, assist with procedures, and follow established policies to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistant, or
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, or
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces, or
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months healthcare experience
• 6 months Medical Assistant experience
