Job summary

Heartland Women's Healthcare, an Advantia Health partner, is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to join our Centralia-based team. You will assist doctors and patients with administrative and clinical tasks, schedule appointments, and help maintain patient records. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

– 5:00 p.m. Ideal candidates have experience as a CMA or CNA, strong time management, organization, and communication skills.

We are hiring for a Medical Assistant to join our Centralia team in a full-time capacity. As a Heartland Women's Healthcare Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. The hours for the position would be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports
• Check with patients and type up patients charts
• Assist during medical examinations
