Job summary

Northwestern Medicine's neurology practice is seeking a dedicated clinical and administrative support specialist to help maintain efficient, patient-focused clinic operations and ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include escorting patients to rooms, recording vital signs, updating allergies and medications, preparing exam rooms, documenting patient information, and assisting clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow on a full-time day schedule.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic Life Support certification required or ability to obtain.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with clinic workflows.
• Excellent patient communication and confidentiality.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
