NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Assistant with NCT interest to join our fast-paced team in a clinical setting. You will support exam procedures, assist providers, manage vitals, and handle radiology-related tasks under supervision.
Strong EMR proficiency and patient-focused service are essential. The role requires completion of an MA training program or equivalent experience, with state licensure/certifications as applicable.

NextCare Urgent Care is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Medical Assistant who has or is interested in obtaining their Non-Certified Technician certification that likes the challenge of a fast pace setting and working in a team environment. The Medical Assistant - NCT is responsible for performing patient care duties under the Medical Assistant scope of practice in the urgent care setting as follows:
The Radiology Technologist supports the organization with customer service and treating all of our patients with respect and dignity. They provide patient care services in the back office urgent care setting, which will meet the specific needs of the patient.
Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; AND

Other MA education or experience may be considered upon review and approval from Compliance and Regulatory department
Must have an active and current NCT license issued by the Texas Medical Board
Current healthcare professional level CPR certification issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety Health Institute or National Safety
