APPS Paramedical supports the life insurance market nationally. As one of the largest paramedical companies in the United States, we complete insurance physicals for people applying for life, health, or disability insurance products. APPS of Georgia is looking for high quality medical professionals to complete these medical exams in a timely, professional manner on behalf of the insurance company, so that the policy can be further considered by the insurance company.
Our independent contractors (ICs) are self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision as they complete quality exams while using their medical know-how. These exams are done on a mobile basis in the home or office of the client and may involve blood draws, medical histories, signatures on packets, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12 lead EKGs. They should be committed to following all compliance policies as well as safety policies and procedures, while remaining sensitive to the need for accuracy and confidentiality in the gathering of client information. Depending on the exam requirements, an exam can last anywhere from 15 minutes to a little over an hour.
We provide a 6-hour orientation time to verify your skills as well as show you the paperwork and website used by our ICs.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, please do not call. Also, it is not possible to respond directly to all applicants, but only those whose candidacy is being pursued will be contacted.
