They are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion during all interactions.

Schedule: This is a part-time position (approximately 24 hours weekly). Scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 8am- 4:30pm- no weekends or holidays. May choose between floating to 6 clinics within 45 miles or all 13 ACC clinics ranging from Burlington to Summit to Grafton to St. Luke’s for a larger float differential.

Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team supporting patients across our 13 Aurora Cancer Care Clinics throughout the Greater Milwaukee area. As an essential member of our outpatient oncology float pool, you will experience an adaptable, collaborative workspace while gaining exposure to highly diverse specialized settings—ranging from the comprehensive Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and the innovative Oncology Precision Medicine Center to regional hubs like Wauwatosa and West Allis. Across all locations, our clinics focus on holistic, cutting-edge therapies—including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and advanced clinical trials—paired with compassionate nurse navigator support. This float pool offers predictable clinic hours (typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with no late nights, allowing you to maximize your professional growth across regional microcultures while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
