Providence Medical Group South West is seeking full-time Medical Assistants to join multiple clinics across Washington.

Roles are available in Cardiology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Immediate Care, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Pulmonology, Urology, and more, with a day-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support in Providence Medical Group clinics, assisting physicians and other care team members.
• Obtain vital signs, administer injections, and manage medication administration as part of daily duties.
• Support patient flow and maintain accurate charting and patient records.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants, or
• Coursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, or
• Coursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
• Coursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months healthcare experience
• 6 months Medical Assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification
