Primary Health Solutions in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist in patient examination and treatment under a Provider's direction. This non-exempt position supports patient care through routine clinical tasks and documentation.
Responsibilities include taking vital signs, administering injections as directed, coordinating with pharmacies and labs, and maintaining accurate patient records. A High School diploma and MA certification are required; CPR is required.

$18.85 is the starting rate hourly for the position. The starting rate has the potential to go up depending on years of relevant medical assistant experience / licensure of LPN

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to gain knowledge of current practice management system, electronic medical record, Microsoft Word, text paging, Internet, and Intranet.
CPR certification required. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required.
Ability to speak Spanish desirable. Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures. Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care. Skill in taking vital signs. Skill in maintaining records and recording test results. Skill with geriatric patients and patients in lower socio-economic sectors of the community.
