Job summary

Health First Medical Group in Brevard County is hiring Medical Assistants and LPNs to join our outpatient teams across multiple specialties. You will support providers with patient intake and clinical tasks, deliver education and care coordination, and help create an exceptional patient experience at clinics in Cape Canaveral, Rockledge, Viera, Melbourne, and Palm Bay.

Qualifications

• MA requirements: Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program or HS diploma with 6 months clinical experience
• MA: CMA/RMA cert within six months, BLS cert
• LPN: Graduate of accredited LPN program; Florida LPN license; BLS cert

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and clinical support
• Support providers and clinical teams in care coordination
• Contribute to education and patient experience throughout visits

Work Experience

What you'll need:

Medical Assistant (MA) Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program OR High School Diploma and six (6) months of clinical experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an accepted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification within six months of hire.
• Current BLS certification.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) Program.
• Current Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
