Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic on the Chicago West Side is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a patient-focused team. You will welcome patients, take vitals, document in the EMR, and support providers during visits.

The role also includes registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and collecting payments, plus performing routine tasks such as blood draws and EKGs. A 1–2+ year outpatient background and a reliable, flexible work ethic are required.

The Role

The Medical Assistant is a key part of the patient experience and clinic flow. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, loves helping people, and understands the importance of showing up ready to win the day.

What You’ll Own

Patient Care & Service

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression

Compensation

The expected hourly range for this position is $20-22 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
