Midwest Express Clinic on the Chicago West Side seeks a Medical Assistant to support patient care and clinic operations. You’ll welcome patients, take vitals, document in the EMR, and assist providers during visits, including blood draws and EKGs where permitted.

The Role

The Medical Assistant is a key part of the patient experience and clinic flow. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, loves helping people, and understands the importance of showing up ready to win the day.

What You’ll Own

Patient Care & Service

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visits

• Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments

Compensation

The expected hourly range for this position is $20-22 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
