Job summary

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care in Las Palmas Clinic, San Antonio, is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Seasonal-Full Time role to support providers, help keep children safe, and guide anxious families with confidence and care. You will triage pediatric patients, assist with exams and procedures, administer vaccines, perform CLIA-waived testing, and document in real time.

Clinic hours Mon–Fri 8:00 am–8:00 pm; travel to other clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant education or certification required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Strong focus on patient safety and clinical standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
