Jefferson is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians in patient assessment, exam procedures, and treatment. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, performing EKGs, phlebotomy and injections, and documenting vital signs and medical history within HIPAA guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, MA certification within 6 months, and completion of a 330‑hour MA program where applicable. BLS certification within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• For NJ: graduate of accredited program with 330 hours including injections training.
• BLS Certification via American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
