Qualifications

• Degree or post-secondary education and related experience to meet state (TWC) and accreditation requirements.
• 1–2 years’ instructional experience in postsecondary education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet software and Internet software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction with assessment methods.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready and maintained.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development.
• Maintain required certification and licensure and meet academic deadlines.
• Monitor attendance and report to registrar as required.
• Ensure campus compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans and follow syllabi.
• Arrive on time and greet students at start of class.
