Concorde-Career-College is seeking an instructor to provide high-quality instruction across classrooms, labs, and campus activities. You will develop curriculum, assess progress, and ensure alignment with industry standards while maintaining accurate records and delivering engaging lectures and labs.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, and Medical Assistant Certification with at least 3 years of practical experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• 3 Years of practical work experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide active and effective learning for students in all applicable settings, act as a professional and academic role model, and commit to student satisfaction.
• Teach in classrooms, labs, and during campus activities.
• Develop and implement curriculum and assess student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress.
• Deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions on assigned topics and procedures.
• Provide and maintain regular interaction with students in online components when applicable.
• Identify at-risk students and create individualized success plans to mitigate attrition.
